Established in 1977, Siyahkalem has been one of the most credible Turkish construction companies involved in construction projects undertaken domestically and internationally. Siyahkalem has constructed 7,600 residences, seven schools, numerous shopping centers, nurseries, sport facilities and highways in the last 5 years, located in various provinces of Turkey, along with architectural projects including new facilities of the Ottoman State Archieves, İstanbul mail processing center, the restoration of Feshane, and the Ankara Ulus Mosque.

Founded in 1953 as a public body to develop affordable and modern housing, Emlak Konut turned into a real estate investment company in 2002 and had its IPO in 2010. Approximately half of the company shares are owned by TOKI (Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry – Housing Development Administration).

Emlak Konut has Since the establishment of the real estate investment trust, Emlak Konut initiated numerous new development projects with private sector partnership. The number of houses built and tendered reached 93,000 in 11 years.

Established in 1976 by Michael and Patty Hopkins, Hopkins Architects is specialized to provide the best possible solutions to different needs of its clients with its offices at Marylebone and London, drawing studios, workshops and mock-up preparation house. Simon Fraser, the senior partner of the company is in charge of the design office at UAE. Completing challenging projects in Asia and The Middle East, Hopkins is also renowned through several projects realized in Japan, Greece, India and UAE.

Beeing a pioneer in its field since 25 years, DS is a design office that has both theoretical and practical products on where architecture and landscape intersect. The main goal of the works is to create sustainable, practicable, well designed places with something to tell.

DS designs have the “setting of a microcosmos” as the main motivation. The design group perceives the complex fabric of today’s multilayered, multicultural and interdisciplinary environment as a source and using this source, it sets up meaningful, clear, creative new places with the motto of combining high artistical skills with rational, economic and ethical values; both in national and international projects.

Considering nature as another source, the group creates parametrical designs thorough a sentactical perception of nature by filtering it.

DS provides design services ranging in scale from residential and urban projects, cooperating with distinguished architects, planners, engineers and especially ecologists.

Toner Architects founded in 2000, is a multi-disciplinary architectural design practice based in Istanbul.
With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, the company's practice ranges from hospitality, retail and office design to exhibition and residential design.

Each project is created to respond to client brief, site context and budget.

Kibarer is a graduate of Robert College and Harvard University. He worked as a faculty member involved with research at Harvard’s Aga Khan major science department. He is the author of the book about public venues titled Two Squares.

In possession of comprehensive experience in the domain of widely varying building typologies, Kibarer is engaged in the fields of architecture, master planning and urban design. Kibarer took part in several prize-winning works ranging from stand-alone building structures to urban settlement projects. Kibarer is targeting to add value to human life in a social, environmental and aesthetic integrity through the projects designs. He took part in major projects like Jumeirah Urban Master Plan, Beirut Martyr Master Plan.
